Former champion and British superstar Ricky Hatton, 30, remains hospitalized in Manchester with an unknown illness. Hatton was admitted early Tuesday to Tameside Hospital after complaining of chest and stomach pains. There was some talk going around that Hatton may have caught the swine flu, but his father, Ray Hatton, told the Manchester Evening News that swine flu had been ruled out by the doctors.

Doctors believe that he may be suffering from a bad case of food poisoning. Additional tests are being conducted.
